We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered CRM solutions. The role focuses on implementing intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce, optimizing Sales Cloud Lightning, and integrating with modern data platforms such as MuleSoft and Snowflake.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-powered agents using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deploy intelligent agents into production while managing token budgets, inference latency, and security compliance.
• Optimize Sales Cloud Lightning implementations, automating complex business processes using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain integrations with MuleSoft and Snowflake to provide real-time data to AI agents.
• Configure Custom Agent Actions to enable agents to interact with external systems and update Salesforce records autonomously.
• Ensure AI implementations follow security and best-practice guidelines using the Einstein Trust Layer.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with 1–2 years implementing AI agents/Agentforce.
• Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Lightning Flows.
• Deep understanding of Agentforce Technical Framework (Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, Topics, Actions) and RAG.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Snowflake integrations.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications; Agentforce Specialist/Developer certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Real Estate domain.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying AI agents for end-users.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist).
