We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise Salesforce team supporting all Kestra Holdings channels. This role will contribute to our Salesforce transformation initiative, helping evolve into a unified, strategically aligned platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce development experience, a passion for modern practices, and a drive to improve business outcomes through technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code and configurations in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related technologies.
2. Perform data migrations using tools like Data Loader or third-party applications.
3. Participate in design and solutioning sessions with the Salesforce Solution Architect and stakeholders.
4. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
5. Assist with Salesforce DevOps pipelines, including version control, CI/CD automation, and testing.
6. Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Owner to clarify requirements and align development work with business priorities.
7. Support the Salesforce transformation by modernizing solutions, enhancing platform efficiency, and applying industry best practices.
8. Support platform scalability, security, and performance through reviews and optimization.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
10. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, design specs, and deployment guides.
11. Identify opportunities for innovation and AI-enhanced features to improve user experience.
12. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs.
2. Ability to customize Salesforce using Flows, Metadata, Validation Rules.
3. Experience with code reviews and enforcing standards.
4. Familiarity with DevOps, version control (Git), CI/CD, test automation.
5. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking.
7. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, sharing, governor limits.
8. Team player committed to continuous learning.
9. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
10. Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Financial Services or Wealth Management experience is a plus.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
• Platform Developer II or other certifications (a plus).
