Salesforce Sales Engineer
Summary

Concentrix Catalyst seeks Salesforce Sales Engineers who are self-motivated, relationship-driven, and skilled in solving business challenges with Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Industry Client Account Leads, and Account Executives to pursue and close new business opportunities. We offer an aggressive commission plan for high achievers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Salesforce AEs and Concentrix account managers to strategize and pursue new business, including transformation deals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Represent Concentrix solutions with clear value propositions and customer stories.
  • Monitor deployments of our Next Gen Care solutions to ensure sales goals and impact are achieved.
  • Engage with account teams to identify business challenges and build strong relationships.
  • Contribute insights on future use cases and solutions.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with Salesforce AEs/SEs.
  • Utilize modern sales tools to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, solutions, and competitors.
Your Impact
  • Review RFPs and lead solution design.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide technical expertise during sales, including live demos.
  • Build and configure demo scenarios in Salesforce.
Your Qualifications
  • 7+ years in technology sales or business development, selling complex solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.
  • At least 5 years deploying Salesforce solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years providing pre-sales support.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with contact center technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to interact with clients and senior personnel.
  • Trustworthy advisor in addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Note: All candidates must pass a background check. The salary range is $94,000 - $132,000 plus incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and learning days. Application deadline: 5/20/2025.
