What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Account Executives to pursue and close new business opportunities
- Provide technical solutioning guidance for Salesforce products, ensuring clear value representation
- Follow client deployments to ensure sales goals are met and deliver impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers to identify and address business challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, particularly in complex transformational technology solutions

- At least 3 years of pre-sales support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS, or equivalent experience
- Current Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Service Cloud solutions
