Job summary

phia, LLC is looking for a mission-driven Salesforce Technical Architect to provide technical support and integration leadership for AutoRABIT’s products. The role involves architecting CI/CD pipelines and implementing security measures.

Ideal candidates will have deep Salesforce expertise, a proven track record in DevSecOps, and experience in federal government IT deployments. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Metadata API and Salesforce DX.
• Proven experience with CI/CD processes and automated deployment strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform integrations and API-driven workflows.
• Experience with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Customer Success mindset to engineer solutions aligning with client operational tempo.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep-dive technical support and integration leadership for a core product.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Implement and automate static code analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor Salesforce configurations and enforce security policies.
• Manage integrations between AutoRABIT products and the tech stack.
