Job summary

phia LLC is seeking a Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer (AutoRABIT Integration) to embed with client teams and drive secure deployments in a remote-first environment with in-person NCR/NOVA meetings.

You will lead CI/CD automation, implement CodeScan for SAST, and use GUARD to enforce policies (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST, FISMA). Strong integration skills and customer-focused problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps and Salesforce required.
• U.S. citizenship and Public Trust/suitability clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated product stewardship for ARM, CodeScan, or GUARD within a team.
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate Salesforce deployments.
• Implement static code analysis (SAST) and manage security posture with CSPM.
• Troubleshoot complex integrations across APIs and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Coordinate cross-platform integrations with Git, Jira, and Salesforce DX.
• Bridge technical requirements with client mission goals to minimize downtime.
