You will own the full lifecycle from requirements to design, declarative config, code (Apex/LWC), and integrations, working across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance.

5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning both functional/business-analysis work and hands‑on development.
Salesforce Administrator certification and Platform Developer I certification required.
Expert‑level Flow Builder proficiency and strong Apex fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for handoff.
Own the backlog for Salesforce enhancements and manage delivery in partnership with the owner.
Design, build, and maintain Flow automation and migrate legacy automation to Flow where appropriate.
Develop Apex/LWC for needs beyond declarative tooling and integrate with external systems.
