Job summary

Osi Digital Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical BA / Developer to lead a complex, multi-department Salesforce environment with extensive third-party integrations and heavy Flow-based automation. The role covers both business analysis and development, requiring independent judgment and the ability to work across the full lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.

Qualifications

5+ years Salesforce experience spanning functional and development work.
Salesforce Admin cert and Platform Developer I cert required.
Expert-level Flow Builder and Apex fundamentals.
Proven Lightning Web Components experience.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions across departments to elicit and prioritize requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
Own backlog for Salesforce enhancements and manage delivery.
Migrate legacy automation to Flow and handle upgrades/deployments.
Design and build Apex and LWC for advanced needs and integrations.
Coordinate with integration teams and ensure data governance.
