Job summary
FastTek Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and customize Salesforce solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team within the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. The role emphasizes hands-on development, security compliance, and cross-team collaboration to deliver value.
The candidate should have extensive Salesforce experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with strong communication skills and a track
Qualifications
- 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
- 4+ years developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
- 5+ years of experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization, or equivalent experience with similar scheduling products.
- 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
- 3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements and align with customer requirements.
- Own release cycles to deploy updates to applications and code.
- Own the technical aspects of project environments and ensure security guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with developers for cross-system integrations.
- Communicate technical concepts at an executive level and drive decisions.
