Job summary

Icrats Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to join the CRM IT team to work on diverse projects, balancing technology choices with feasibility and project constraints.

You will design and implement custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns, while collaborating with remote teams and maintaining high performance and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce.com Development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results in Salesforce projects.
• Agile experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including Apex and Visualforce.
• Develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and reports.
• Work with integration patterns and web services APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with remote IT and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
