• Collaborate with technical leads to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Investigate issues independently and escalate when needed.

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our global team. This role will focus primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with occasional involvement in Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Salesforce development, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continuously learn and grow. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions, including legacy code and configurations.
• Build and update integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
• Support case management and customer support-related business processes.
• Collaborate with technical leads and teammates to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Work independently to investigate issues, drive solutions, and determine when collaboration or escalation is needed.
• Document solutions and maintain clean, maintainable code.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on additional work when capacity allows.
• Continuously learn and expand Salesforce knowledge, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions and legacy code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges independently.
• Ability to manage priorities and remain productive while working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and collaboration within technical teams.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve technical skills.
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but are not required.
