Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to support university business processes through custom development and integrations. The ideal candidate blends deep Sales Cloud expertise with strong development skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise-grade Sales Cloud solutions, leading implementations, and working with administrators and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with Sales Cloud expertise.
• Proficient in Apex, LWCs, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Sales Cloud customization and automation.
• Experience Cloud development including portals and authentication.
• Strong data model knowledge and REST/SOAP integrations.
• CI/CD practices using Git, Gearset or similar tools.
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Sales Cloud solutions with complex automation and components.
• Lead implementations from requirements through deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Document specs, maintain repositories, and contribute to knowledge bases.
