Job summary

University of Maryland, College Park seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions including Apex and LWC. You will lead technical efforts and supervise the Salesforce Administrator while ensuring alignment with architecture standards.

You will also provide coverage for Admin duties during absences and collaborate with data engineers, analytics teams and business stakeholders to stabilize and extend Salesforce capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of professional software development experience; four years on Salesforce.
• Experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to lead, supervise the Salesforce Administrator and coordinate development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test Apex code, Lightning Web Components and integration components.
• Lead technical efforts and supervise the Salesforce Administrator for declarative config.
• Stabilize custom logic delivered by partners and ensure architectural governance.
• Provide coverage during Administrator absences to ensure platform continuity.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers and business stakeholders.
