Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions.

You will ensure seamless integration with critical business systems and work closely with cross-functional teams across AWS services to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, and expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations (objects, fields, rules, Flows, Apex).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP and various integration tools.
• Perform data migrations and uphold data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from design to post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features and propose improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
