Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform, integrating with critical business systems. You will design, code, test, and deploy using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams that include AWS services.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Sales and Service Cloud proficiency, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end work.
• Experience with testing frameworks in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines to protect patient data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing platform maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and enhancements, proposing improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attending sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
