Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions that integrate with key business systems. You will work with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow, ensuring security, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with AWS-enabled teams.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of AWS development and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with declarative tools, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I is required; II is a plus.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer certifications are desirable.
• Experience with Health Cloud/Experience Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and capabilities; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including AWS services.
