Fuze Health Inc. is hiring a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions. You will work across AWS-integrated teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce outcomes, focusing on data security and best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow), external system integrations, and data migrations within an Agile/Scrum framework. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Salesforce are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations: objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, Batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, support).
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards due to patient data.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing Salesforce maintenance.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprints and stand-ups.
