Job summary

CapTech is seeking a skilled Salesforce/Java developer to join our team in Chicago. The role focuses on delivering Salesforce Customer 360 solutions, leading design sessions, and guiding integrations and data migrations with hands-on support to development teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of technical development experience, strong OO design skills, and familiarity with the full SDLC. Opportunities for growth, collaborative culture, and client exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience.
• Extensive Apex VF Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or complete software lifecycle exposure.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLC.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging Agile methodology and modern technology languages, frameworks, and patterns.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues.
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership.
