Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Health Engineering Systems (HES) team in the United States. You will drive architecture, develop Apex code, create Lightning Components, and optimize data models to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce development, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Preference for Trailblazer-certified candidates and experience with Copado CI/CD and multi-cloud integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years Salesforce development experience required.
US Public Trust clearance required.
US residency and work authorization required.
One or more Salesforce developer certifications preferred (Developer I/II, Platform App Builder).

Responsibilities

Participate in full lifecycle of Salesforce applications (architecture to deployment).
Develop, test, and deploy Apex code and Lightning components.
Design data models, objects, fields, and relationships in Salesforce.
Optimize performance with code improvements, lazy loading, and asynchronous workflows.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate requirements into technical delivery.
Lead agile and SAFe practices and maintain documentation.
