Job summary

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer IV to engineer high-performance custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and REST/SOAP APIs to bridge Salesforce with legacy IRS systems in a FedRAMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• PD1 certification required; PD2 certification advantageous.
• Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP integrations, and data modeling.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and Git-driven workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
• Model data, ensure data quality, and enforce governance policies.
• Develop automated tests, achieve high code coverage, and perform regression testing.
• Implement security controls and review permission sets in the Salesforce environment.
• Optimize performance, tune queries, and customize the UI for users.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training.
• Coordinate releases with DevOps and release teams; manage change control.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to full-lifecycle DevOps and Agile/Scrum delivery in a government security context.
