CVS Health Corporation invites a Senior Software Development Engineer - Salesforce Developer to join the SSATD team. You will lead Salesforce Service or Health Cloud projects, architect solutions, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development (LWC, Apex, Aura) with strong debugging and performance skills, under Agile/SAFe frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience including LWC, Apex, and Aura.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
Experience debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
Experience with Agile methodology, SAFe preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in onshore/offshore support models.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects using Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
Manage development and deployment of new projects and enhancements (Knowledge Base, Workflows, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce, LWC).
Ensure work-products meet business requirements and goals.
Provide detailed design and documentation for out-of-the-box and custom code.
Collaborate with blended business and IT development teams.
Apply DevOps strategies and governance for Salesforce Org.
