Job summary

Coastal Cloud LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data migration efforts for clients. The role emphasizes hands-on development across Salesforce clouds, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of Salesforce experience, Health/Life Sciences Cloud exposure, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud projects.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent.
• Strong LWC or Aura development skills and Salesforce product suite knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Understand projects deeply and debug issues effectively.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Coach and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and test classes.
• Familiar with DevOps, version control, deployment standards.
