The Division of Technology Services in Utah is seeking an IT Analyst III to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for state agencies. You will lead secure, scalable implementations, configure Experience Cloud, and drive governance and development standards across projects.

Responsibilities include building integrations with MuleSoft, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring SSO/OAuth security, while collaborating in an agile environment to deliver citizen‑facing services and

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in IT/software engineering with Salesforce enterprise solutions.
• Expert mastery of Salesforce with Apex, LWC and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience designing, configuring, and securing Experience Cloud sites.
• Deep understanding of external user security models and OAuth/SAML concepts.
• Advanced proficiency with source control and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Copado).
• Proven success implementing REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise security architectures, SSO, and external access controls.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein capabilities.
• Experience with agile development and effective technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions leveraging data models and OmniStudio.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Experience, Service, and Sales Cloud.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Configure secure SSO and OAuth flows for user access.
• Leverage Git and CI/CD tools to automate deployments and maintain environment alignment.
• Perform Salesforce admin tasks including user data management and analytics.
