Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our Salesforce team, clinical staff, and frontline care providers. You will drive enhancements across HealthCloud, Service Cloud, Field Lightning Service, and Marketing Cloud while ensuring security, data quality, and scalable design.

The role requires strong Apex/LWC/Visualforce skills, experience with large data sets, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce HealthCloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud with 5+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and developers to validate requirements and review designs.
• Develop/Review Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components; extend Salesforce as needed.
• Integrate with other systems via Salesforce APIs; ensure security and scalability.
