Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer to lead technical delivery within the SSATD organization. The role emphasizes hands-on development across Salesforce Service/Health Cloud, with collaboration across business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive design, implementation and governance, leveraging AI tools where applicable, while aligning with agile practices and offshore/onshore collaboration. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience including lwc, apex and aura.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce AI tools like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, or Next Best Action is preferred.
Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
Experience in Agile methodology with SAFe preferred.
Good communication and collaborative skills.
Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects using Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
Manage development and deployment of new projects and enhancements including Knowledge Base configuration, workflows, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce and LWC.
Ensure work-products meet business requirements and goals.
Provide detailed design and documentation for out-of-the-box and custom code.
Collaborate with blended business and IT development teams.
Apply environment and DevOps strategies and governance for Salesforce Org.
