Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a senior Business Systems Developer III to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that power critical operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs and provide guidance to teammates.

You will lead complex integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and data platforms, maintain data governance, and advance CI/CD practices while supporting a global business footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience or equivalent.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, security models, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and related business systems.
• Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses, and SaaS apps.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for Salesforce apps and integrations.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and governance.
