Job summary

HESFP, LLC, a Cherokee Federal division, seeks a Senior Agentforce Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and secure AI-enabled Salesforce solutions for DoD environments. You will build Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and OmniStudio components, deploy Agentforce agents and actions, and integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with architects, analysts, and PMs, and ensure compliant, high-quality deployments across the full SDLC.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and interim Secret clearance required.
• 12+ years of general work experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• 3–5 years of OmniScript and FlexCards experience.
• 3 years of Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong security and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, OmniStudio.
• Deploy Agentforce agents and custom actions to automate processes.
• Develop actions using Apex, Flow, and prompt templates.
• Configure agent topics, instructions, and guardrails for compliant behavior.
• Ground agents in enterprise data sources for relevance and accuracy.
• Test and refine agent performance based on results.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and QA for delivery.
• Participate in full SDLC and deployment.
• Develop scalable code following best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems for data flow.
• Perform code reviews and ensure standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce apps timely.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and trends.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
