Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an Agentforce Salesforce Consultant to design, build, and deploy agent solutions for a government client. Candidates must obtain U.S. citizenship and be eligible for government clearance.

This full-time role requires hands-on Salesforce consulting experience and expertise in Apex, Flow, and Data Cloud, with a focus on secure, scalable architectures. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, configuring integrations (REST/SOAP), and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years hands-on Agentforce experience, including building agents with Agent Builder, authoring instructions/prompts with Prompt Builder, and configuring agent actions.
• 4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; minimum 7 years total experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications.
• Plus one or more Consultant-level certifications (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
• Strong business analysis skills; able to lead client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations; guiding technical integration approaches.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agent Builder.
• Author and refine agent instructions and prompts using Prompt Builder.
• Configure agent actions using Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops; translate needs into topics, actions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Test and evaluate agent behavior; establish guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure agent solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with federal standards.
• Configure Salesforce capabilities (PSS, Service Cloud, Data Cloud) for agents.
• Serve as strategic advisor on Agentforce and Salesforce architecture.
• Design scalable data and security models aligned to federal requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams; mentor junior consultants.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate designs via prototypes and feedback.
