Job summary

Staff Perm seeks a Certified Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience across Sales, Service and Experience clouds. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft, while enforcing security governance.

You should hold Salesforce Platform Developer I and ADM certifications and bring strong automation, governance, and code-review discipline to the team.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Salesforce development across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, and CSS.
• Hands-on MuleSoft integrations and external APIs; synchronous/asynchronous processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
• Interpret business requirements and document for technical stories.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
• Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Apply security standards, governance limits, and best practices for data, code, and integration security.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while meeting limits and security standards.
