Job summary

NC State University is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions within University Advancement’s Salesforce ecosystem, centered on the Kindsight ascend managed package.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable implementations that meet business and architectural standards. This role reports to the Director of Application Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Experience with Apex, LWC and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions centered on the Kindsight ascend package.
• Develop with Apex, LWC, and advanced flow orchestration.
• Support release processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security, performance, and architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with admins, product owners, analysts and other tech leads.
