Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certifications, minimum Platform Developer I
• 10+ years of professional technology experience, including 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Advanced Salesforce development experience across Apex, object-oriented programming, SOQL, configuration, CRUD, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Lightning pages and Visualforce pages
• Experience with full-stack development concepts, end-to-end web development, and application integration requirements
• Experience across all SDLC phases and creating technical documentation
• Experience with .NET OOP and service-oriented architecture
• SQL experience
• JavaScript framework experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive work forward

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning pages, Visualforce pages, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
• Drive work from requirements through implementation with strong ownership, organization, and follow-through
• Apply object-oriented programming, CRUD concepts, Salesforce design patterns, and advanced Salesforce development practices
• Provide analysis and requirements support for application integrations
• Work across all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development, implementation, and ongoing platform needs
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions
• Share experience and technical judgment with the team to help plan, execute, and accomplish project goals
• Mentor less experienced team members and support strong development practices across the team
• Use creativity, problem-solving, and sound judgment to support complex Salesforce development and integration needs
