Job Description

The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking a Technical Lead to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Independently build and unit test components, work with Dev/QA teams to resolve defects, lead a dev team, and mentor junior developers.
• Provide direction for research and documentation on new Salesforce capabilities or platform issues.
• Lead proof of concepts with architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, and practices.
• Have 7+ years of Sales Cloud experience and Service Cloud expertise.
• Possess strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (4+ years) and MuleSoft.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, understanding of deployments, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct peer reviews, deploy code, and establish coding standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead in Salesforce capabilities such as Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, formulas, workflows, and security.
• Participate in agile practices, including planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and team leadership.
• Enhance DevOps processes including pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
• Understand enterprise integration concepts and API interactions.
• Evaluate products and solutions, including Salesforce capabilities and third-party tools, through prototypes and POCs.
• Design and document development patterns and best practices.
• Mentor technical staff.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years of enterprise application development experience, including Salesforce full-stack development.
• 2-3 years in a Scrum team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and GIT practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and managed package deployment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, Gearset.
