Job Description

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who’s ready to think beyond tickets and tweaks. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll lead the unification and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, working hands-on with a tight-knit internal team and experienced external consultants.

– 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud), ideally in a developer or consultant role
– Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ; experience with Salesforce Billing is a big plus
– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
– Skilled in building automations with flows and managing complex integrations
– Excellent communication skills, able to present technical concepts clearly to executives including the CEO
– Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II, CPQ Specialist, or Billing certifications preferred
– Comfortable taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team
Bonus points if you have:
– Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect)
– Initial experience with Salesforce Billing—for example, completing Superbadges such as Billing Specialist or Advanced Billing Specialist
– Experience creating and maintaining communities in Salesforce (Experience Cloud)
Job Responsibilities– Lead the unification of multiple Salesforce instances into one streamlined, scalable system
– Drive the migration from a custom quote-to-cash system (AOPS) to DealHub, focusing on Salesforce CPQ and Billing
– Develop and maintain flows, Lightning Web Components, triggers, validation rules, and custom objects
– Integrate Salesforce with other systems like HubSpot via APIs and middleware
– Manage deployments across environments using VS Code and modern DevOps tools
– Act as the strategic Salesforce lead — working cross-functionally and presenting directly to executive leadership
–Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to continuously refine and optimize business processes
