Senior Salesforce Developer

6 Month contract initially

Based: Mostly Remote with ad hoc travel to Nottingham (Need basis, days not fixed)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformational capabilities on the Salesforce platform within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will lead a cross-functional team, guiding the technical direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations.

This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers to transform complex business requirements into robust technical designs and user stories. Your involvement will shape the technical excellence of the team through code reviews, mentoring, and promoting development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a cross-functional team to deliver Salesforce capabilities.

4. Conduct code and capability reviews and mentor team members.
5. Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
6. Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and improve delivery consistency.
