Job description

Our Client, a Real Estate And Financial Services company, is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer for their McLean, VA location.

Responsibilities:

1. Support core applications, including providing fixes to production defects and making enhancements.
2. Quickly evaluate defects, investigate causes, and develop solutions to address them.
3. Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements and design specifications in Salesforce.
4. Support integrations such as Qualtrics, MDM, etc.
5. Help define business and user needs and processes; identify solutions; work with project teams and sponsors to determine the best solutions.
6. Participate in requirements analysis; help design applications based on system requirements; promote high code quality and address issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
7. Build enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
2. Working knowledge of Java.
3. Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science.
4. Experience in designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce, including integrating Salesforce with other platforms.
5. Salesforce Developer Certification (advanced certifications preferred).
6. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
7. Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
8. Understanding of software development methodologies.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
