Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Full-time, Monday to Friday - McLean, VA

Duration: 12 Months Assignment with possible extension

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly innovative Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will showcase your skills as a technologist and contribute to building the platform to support business needs. As a Salesforce developer within the development team, you will execute solution delivery for issues and enhancements, working alongside the dev lead.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservice integration.

Responsibilities:

• Support core applications, including fixing production defects and making enhancements.
• Evaluate defects, investigate causes, and develop solutions.
• Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements and design specifications in Salesforce.
• Support integrations such as Qualtrics, MDM, etc.
• Define business and user needs; identify solutions and collaborate with project teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis; assist in application design; promote high code quality; address performance and scalability issues.
• Build enhancements within existing applications to improve efficiency.

Additional Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and integrating Salesforce with other platforms.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (advanced certifications preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
