Job summary

Argano is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Architect for the Salesforce Practice focused on Data Cloud. You will showcase complex data, AI, and CRM solutions to clients, lead discovery, and shape proposals with deep Salesforce platform knowledge.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce presales or technical sales, strong data integration skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in a technical field; MBA a plus.
• Experience in Salesforce presales, architecture, or technical sales roles (8+ years).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and Platform.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, ETL, and integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to gather information for demos and scoping.
• Lead discussions to understand business objectives and data strategy.
• Design and present integrated Salesforce Data Cloud demos aligned to client goals.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation.
• Build architecture diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Stay current on Salesforce innovations and AI capabilities.
• Support value realisation and transition to delivery teams.
• Maintain integrated Salesforce demo environments with presales team.
• Conduct advanced product training for teams and clients.
• Collaborate across presales to maintain demos.
