Heraeus Medevio in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Salesforce & Business Analyst to drive global planning and reporting. You will manage the Medevio CRM (Salesforce) including data architecture, governance, and automation, while training users and supporting global enhancement projects.

The role requires building data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving system improvements across Sales and Marketing. Hybrid work between Fridley/White Bear Lake sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in a data-driven discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Define Salesforce model architecture, data and reporting logic and governance.
• Manage configuration, functionality, and end-user support of Salesforce; collaborate with IT and consultants.
• Maintain user roles, security settings and org defaults; ensure IT requirements are met.
• Create training materials and conduct trainings; engage stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Lead projects for sales process enhancements, data architecture, and reporting improvements.
• Develop and deploy custom reports to support sales decisions.
