Job summary

Focus Financial Partners seeks a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to serve as the senior technical authority across the Salesforce ecosystem. The CTA translates CRM vision into scalable, secure architecture spanning integration, data, and enabling technologies, reporting to the Head of CRM.

You will lead architecture governance, mentor architects and developers, drive platform modernization, and guide build vs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise application architecture experience.
• 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience across architecture, design, integrations.
• 5+ years of architecture leadership for enterprise CRM transformations.
• Salesforce CTA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for custom development, integrations, data migration, and modernization.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solution architectures with measurable outcomes.
• Lead design sessions and governance for Salesforce projects.
• Coach and mentor technical teams and conduct code reviews.
• Define target state architecture and roadmap for Salesforce ecosystem.
