Job summary

Simplus seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, drive technical workshops, oversee integration projects (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica), and guide teams toward secure, high-performing implementations.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, integrations, solution architecture, and technical leadership.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role requires a blend of architecture, hands-on technical expertise, consulting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
