Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related technology role.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, backlog prioritization, testing, and release delivery.
• Proven success delivering technology enhancements that improve business processes, user experience, and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, and release activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and implementation impacts.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prioritization and delivery of CRM enhancements supporting EAR and broader CRM roadmap.
• Lead roadmap planning, solution design, and delivery for EAR and partners.
• Gather and analyze feedback, monitor adoption, validate requirements, and support UAT and fixes.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders, manage release readiness and change management to minimize disruption.
