Job summary
Wintrust Financial Corp seeks an Associate Product Owner Salesforce to evolve the Enterprise Salesforce platform within the CRM strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and IT to define requirements and shape platform enhancements, working across disciplines to deliver on strategic initiatives.
You will define user stories in Jira, perform UAT, and help train end users. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and a preference for Salesforce expertise in
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends in support of product releases.
- 1+ years working in a financial services environment with cross-functional coordination and agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Business Stakeholders and IT teams to elicit requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
- Produce project documentation and user stories with current/target state flows and acceptance tests.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing and report defects to IT for resolution.
- Define training content with Salesforce Team and Learning Partners; participate in end-user training.
- Assist end users with administration, enhancements, and production issues; align requests with the Strategic Roadmap.
- Maintain Salesforce documentation, processes, and business rules; stay current on platform capabilities.
