Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in the DFW area is seeking a CRM Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Digital Experience team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support business solutions that enhance our B2B customer experience and commerce platform functionality.

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Flowserve’s architecture and development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, MIS, or related field.
4–5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong admin/configuration, customization, and development skills on Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions per enterprise standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Configure and customize within Salesforce using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
Support integrations via REST and SOAP web services.
Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality through reviews and tests.
Follow DevOps and deployment practices for metadata migration.
