Job summary

Energy Access Innovations is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to own architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce enhancements. You will lead integration efforts, drive platform strategy, and serve as a SME across CRM development.

The role requires deep hands-on Salesforce experience, expertise with Salesforce Connect and external data integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools (Flow, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Connect, including configuration of external data sources, OData adapters, and External Objects.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture — REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, change data capture, and middleware tools.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce CLI, Gearset, Copado, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, platform events, and custom APIs.
• Design and implement StoreConnect integrations for an e-commerce environment with real-time data flows.
• Design and implement Salesforce Connect integrations using OData and External Objects.
• Evaluate integration patterns based on data volume, latency, and business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end enhancement projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
