Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a driven Business Analyst III to support the Quote to Cash value stream within the CPQ & Digital Commerce portfolio.

This individual contributor role focuses on analyzing, designing, documenting, and optimizing the business processes and technology that support the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from product configuration and quoting through contracting, order management, billing, invoicing, renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in enterprise apps.
• 3+ years in Quote to Cash or revenue ops for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud RCA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions and map current/future state processes.
• Document rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Act as Salesforce CPQ/RCA SME and align with stakeholders.
• Support SAFe Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Maintain functional documentation and ensure test readiness.
