Job summary

Planview GmbH, Software & Consulting seeks a Sr. Business Application Administrator to join the North America team.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and adjacent functions to design scalable Salesforce solutions, including CPQ and Revenue Cloud, and drive automation across connected apps. You will lead hands-on Salesforce administration, translate business needs into technical specs, manage cross-system changes, and ensure governance, data quality, and stakeholder

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Administrator or Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service-related processes.
Proven experience leading complex requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for cross-functional initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to adapt communication to different audiences across teams.
Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience; proficient with declarative tools, flows, objects, fields, and reports.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce processes, capabilities, and options.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Support to analyze processes and define scope and success criteria.
Drive end-to-end changes in Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, and revenue workflows.
Lead integrations and automation across Salesforce and connected apps (Outreach, LeanData, LeadIQ, Gainsight, n8n).
Oversee governance and best practices for data management and change management.
Perform hands-on SFDC administration including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
Lead design and implementation of complex customizations and integrations across Salesforce and related apps.
Coordinate design, testing, deployment, and post-release validation with stakeholders.
