Quickbase is modernizing how people experience the platform with visual, intuitive, and AI-powered end-user experiences. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own this strategy and roadmap across the platform, shaping how users interact with data, consume insights, and act on them.

You will partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that drive adoption and daily engagement, define metrics, and guide product direction with data and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a track record of end-user experiences that move adoption and engagement.
• Deep SaaS product experience, ideally with a platform product.
• Highly technical; understands APIs and data models and can collaborate with engineering.
• Strong design sensibility and high craft standards.
• Fluency with leading AI tools and ability to prototype with AI.
• Fluency with product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-rich experiences for non-technical users.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executives, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for modern end-user experiences, including AI-assisted interfaces and dashboards.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that raise adoption and daily engagement.
• Bring AI into the experience to reduce time to value and surface insights.
• Spend time with customers weekly and convert feedback into strategy.
• Define and track adoption, engagement, retention, and AI feature adoption metrics.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate trade-offs to leadership and partners.
• Prototype with AI and streamline handoffs to speed delivery.
