What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Drive client conversations around challenges related to people, processes, technology, and data, mapping key process flows and presenting recommendations
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise-level client engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  3. Oversee project-related documentation in collaboration with business analysts and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  4. Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the engagement lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  5. Plan and lead key program management milestone sessions, such as requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT)

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or program management
  2. At least 4 years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
  3. Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects throughout their lifecycle
  4. Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural, and written)
  5. Experience working with global development teams
