Stellar Software Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 9+ years of IT experience to design scalable Salesforce solutions, develop custom applications, and integrate Salesforce with external systems. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver requirements.

The role covers Apex, LWC, Visualforce, data modeling, security configurations, and deployment pipelines. Remote/hybrid/onsite options are available.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 9+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, developing custom applications, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and governor-limit analysis.
• Manage deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions, solution architecture, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous Apex.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and platform security.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system connectivity.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Salesforce Administrator or relevant cloud certifications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, event‑driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
