Ledgent Technology is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator Lead to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role balances hands-on administration with leadership responsibilities to drive platform strategy and user success.

You will own the SFDC platform, lead enhancements, governance, data integrity, and vendor management, while mentoring a team of Administrators. Hybrid onsite near Temecula, CA, direct-hire, $140k-$160k (W2).

Qualifications

Partnered with a client seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead and optimize our Salesforce environment, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands‑on technical administration with leadership responsibilities, driving platform strategy, enhancements, governance, and user success across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, supporting ongoing administration, optimization, and scalability.
• Lead planning, prioritization, budgeting, and execution of Salesforce enhancements, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage configuration, security, automation, workflows, Flows, reporting, dashboards, user access, and data integrity initiatives.
• Oversee release planning, deployments, system maintenance, governance, and platform best practices.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing enablement efforts.
• Manage Salesforce vendors, licensing, and platform roadmap initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

• 70% hands‑on technical work / 30% mentorship and leadership:
• Mentor, coach, and support a team of Salesforce Administrators.
• Provide guidance on best practices, project prioritization, and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented approach to Salesforce support and platform management.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Salesforce Administrators.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, automation, reporting, and platform governance.
• Experience planning and delivering Salesforce enhancements and platform improvements.
• Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and roadmap development.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience supporting both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
